Principal

Pascale Henn has more than twenty years of experience in corporate and business law. During her career, she has served Fortune 500 multi-nationals, closely-held small businesses, multi-generational family businesses and growing start-ups.

Pascale began her career with the Morris & Hecker, LLP law firm.  Her first in-house position was with GE’s Employer Reinsurance Corporation advising insurance agencies on claims management and business practices. As a Senior Attorney with Sprint and then Century Link/Embarq, she handled complex commercial litigation, corporate compliance and general corporate matters. Prior to starting BLA in 2013, Pascale served as General Counsel and principal of AP, LLC Non-Emergency Medical Transportation.

Pascale is dedicated to her family and community and she travels extensively with her husband and four children.  She also speaks regularly at CLE forums and programming for business leaders and entrepreneurs. Pascale holds numerous leadership positions on boards dedicated to serving at-risk youth in the urban core, the professional development of women, and excellence in legal training.
