Billing Specialist

Ciana Pike joined the firm in April 2018 as a Billing Specialist. Ciana’s role has expanded to provide business and legal support functions for the firm including accounting,  project management, strategic planning, and technology initiatives to streamline processes and best practices across the firm. Her background as an accountant and business analyst along with her positive attitude and attention to detail are helpful in streamlining financial processes.  She is originally from Cedar Rapids and is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and Mount Mercy University. Ciana enjoys her chaotic life with her husband, 2 children and dog. She can be found cheering on her kids at their many activities, enjoying the walking trails with her dog, volunteering at the school or in the community, and planning and participating in UNI Corridor Alumni Association events.
